By accessing or using APIXP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
> 2. SERVICE_DESC
APIXP provides an API marketplace platform connecting developers with endpoints across AI models, IP tools, media downloaders, and utility services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
> 3. USER_OPS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
> 4. ACCEPTABLE_USE
You may not use APIXP to engage in denial-of-service attacks, spam, distribute illegal content, or any activity that exceeds your plan's rate limits in a manner that degrades service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
> 5. API_KEYS
Your API key is personal and must not be shared. Each request is authenticated against your unique key. Excessive or abusive usage may result in rate-limiting or suspension.
> 6. PAYMENT
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. Month-to-month plans are non-refundable.
> 7. LIABILITY
APIXP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
> 8. GOVERNING_LAW
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
